I first became familiar with artist Chelz Franzer when I stumbled upon a painting she had done called “Octogalaxy” which featured a brilliantly luminescent octopus heading toward the surface. I was hooked on her art after that. I love her take on California’s Laguna Beach with her acrylic work “Laguna Beach Paradise,” which features a classic VW bus parked in the hills overlooking this iconic beach.
